A shoe inspired by the Monarch butterfly and the journey it embarks on to find its way home. 

The Monarch is a symbol of resiliency adopted by Mexican immigrants who have found their home in faraway places. These themes are made even more powerful as we get to celebrate our very own shop manager Irving, who moved here from Veracruz, Mexico 💙 Like the Monarch, Irving and the many immigrants like him bring color to our lives and continue to uplift the communities they serve. 

Taking design cues from our pollinator friends, we added wings, fuzzy laces, and hexagonal swoosh eyes. This collaboration also highlights South Carolina and the vibrant sunsets painted across our skies. A place Bluetile has called home for 25 years… Columbia, this one is for you.

Our In-store only raffle will start Tuesday 5th at 11am and end Thursday 7th at 6pm. Winners will be contacted via text on Friday 8th for same day pick up.
